There are a lot of people saying that internet porn is dead. It can't really be dead, can it?
What is the future of internet porn? What techniques are the bleeding edge sites using? What is making money?

There are parts of it that are hit more so than others. DVD sales are down, but not non existent. TGP sites have probably taken the biggest hit.

I think what you find is the higher quality sites are the ones really not taking as much of a hit.

No, it's definitely not dead. There will always be guys with a cock in one hand and the credit card in the other - it just takes more skill to get the credit card hand working harder than the er . . . "other" hand

If you have a good idea, shoot the footage in a quality way, get your paysite design spot on, price options and marketing correct, look after your affiliates, etc . . then it's still possible to make good money.

But if you are planning on buying your first camcorder, getting some local corner street skank to strip off and then expecting to plan your retirement in St Lucia, then yes - consider it dead!

The current economic downturn that we are going through at the moment means there is a clearing out of the dead wood in a lot of industries (not just adult). The good quality companies (and I mean good quality, not necessarily largest) will survive and prosper and the crap companies won't.

It takes alot of time and alot of money until you see results. Internet porn is NOT a quick way to make money. If you want to start in this biz I'd suggest you start with an adult blog and read alot of threads on gfy

Very competitive and if you can compete with Terabytes of free. Since most people only want to watch fresh content, the business is not going anywhere. Unfortunatley, the supply will eventually catch up to demand and the product quality will go down.
