I never used Fetish Hits. But here's what I look for from a program: banners, talks on icq to help get better conversions, different promoting methods, etc.

Good long descriptions for galleries and FHGs.. seriously.

Long descriptions, abillity to re-write them for multiple of my own sites. I don't want the same description all over the place.

Abillity to select one model, download her scenes/content specifically, so I don't have to look all over the affiliate area. For example, right now is the nr 7 most usual search term for one of my sites the models "first name last name nude". So what did I do? Well, I built a small page about her, with the content. But it was a bitch to get it, since she had done multiple shoots for that sponsor, so had to go through many galleries, and many different zip files as well as movie files. Shouldn't be hard, give each model an ID number, and then just offer me the possibility to sort up the content.

Feedback, what if one sees a 20% cut or more in the amount of signups? Sometimes it feels kind of lonely to sit with those numbers, be there, offer an ear, let me whine about this or that and it feels a lot better, offer some advice. Throw up a noteboard inside the affiliate area, let us throw random questions/kudos or critizism there.

Let me hotlink pictures and store thumbnails in an archive on your servers. now it fills up my own servers an masse.

Ideas just on top of my head, waiting for my flight home.

Oh, banner rotation! Like picture of the day. Let me choose which banners I like and what size I need them to be, say for example 120×600. Then give me one link like: SPONSOR.COM/affiliatestuff/rotatingbanner-affiliateID.gif

The affiliateID is my own, specifically constructed bannerpool, from which the sponsor site picks and sends a random banner each time it's called. That would add some freshness to my sites with very little trouble for me. Maybe even being able to track which banner does better than others?

Custom whitelabels that can be easily linked to and don't require a lot of custom coding or screwing around with the hosting info.

rss blog feeds, morphing.

Oh, and for those of us who are competitive - ranking lists! Where on the affiliate list do I place last month and for this last year? Sorted by either number of sales or money made in the specified period. And also the numbers of the guy just above me and just below me. I don't need their names, but just fun to see if I can beat him next month. And of course the nr of sales/money made by the number one affiliate.

This sounds good! What do you think of per niche based? For example bbw banners size 624x80 rotating different bbw sites and different banners?

Per niche based is fine. But think of it more like this:
As an affiliate I want to send as much traffic as possible, one option is good banners.

But available for Sponsor Site1 (SS1), is only 8 banners and five of them are really bad! So I have to make up my mind about which one of the three that I like.

I then make galleries, model pages or whatever, and include the banner. Honestly, I will never revisit that page again, to contemplate the banner. Even if new, fresh and better banners were released, it would still be too much work for me.

Instead having it linked to a banner pool, customizable from within my affiliate area, I could then add new fresh banners easily accross multiple sites and remove old ones too. Then I would care about it.

Maybe the sponsor also has a Site2 (SS2), in the same niche. Let me then choose whether or not to mix the banners in the pool or if I want only the banners for SS1.

And then of course multiple "banner streams". The first one I create could be called Stream1 and next one Stream2. Let me setup multiple different streams, and I will use them differently on my different sites. And once a Stream is created, here's were the trick comes in! Now you let me choose what size I want, then size. So I could have one pool, Stream1, and then a sub-pool of a certain size. That way I don't have to creata as many pools, and one banner change in the pool, it immediately multiplies accross all my sites.
