new site not yet open give me the good/bad ideas

Hi, well it's a basic look. This site design hasn't been seen in years. You might think of hiring a graphic artist to give the site a professional look.

I would drop the links to the Free sites on the tour. You're asking to someone to join your site and at the same time offering them a free site... which would you choose?

The join page should link directly to the credit card and check pages. Knock out the extra step.

I would reduce the size of the sample pictures. With them as large as they are you will eat up more bandwith. You can write that the pictures in the members area are larger.

Don't give links in the tour. You want then to join YOUR site not others. Add this as a pop window if the people back out. Placing advertisers on top and the link exchanges under.
