Need ideas for failing sex shop in small town

Okay I got this quarter machine in this sex shop in this small ass town
Well
I really like the lady owning it, alot, not like that because she's married.. but I like her. So, there aren't alot of people coming into the store .. it's one of two stores in this town .. the other one does a little better but the guy is a dickless moron a real white bred asshole

I thought of maybe a car wash or something

something that works really well (i used to be a DVD sales rep) is a return credit. For example someone buys a new dvd ... they can bring back the used one for a discount on a new title. Then you can sell the used ones at a discounted rate. It keeps customers coming back and your new releases moving. Plus you get to sell the same DVD more then once on the used stock. Music stores used to do this too.

I highly suggest hitting up Nate formerly of Dreamers retail chain ... he worked retail for years and knows his stuff better then 99% of people out there!! nate at hushinc dot com

i would also suggest couples workshops ... host a night where an "expert" helps couples learn about what DVD lines they would be into, how to pick a toy for them to use to spice up their life, and offer a couples discount on anything bought that night.

This is what I was going to suggest. There are several companies like Passion Parties and Brown Bag Parties that do the home party sex toy thing, but so many people are getting a piece of the pie (recruiter, the company, etc) that the prices on the items have to be pretty high to cover it all. Still, the parties are popular and people do buy. I know of women who make a good amount on their commission, which is generally 40-50% of the retail purchase price. This is the incentive for the women to host the parties in their homes.

By cutting out the recruiter, you could offer lower prices on the items and profits would only be split between the store owner and the party sales lady. There would also be the advantage of having the items in-stock, while companies like Passion Parties have a mail mail order system where the items are shipped out after the party.
