I need either a add on to outlook or some suggestions i get way to many spam and i am going insane . I only like outlook to so that complicates shit

sign up 4 a free submitter account and just add their submit string 2 yer address book. forward to SpamCop each time u get a spam, it'll send a reply, confirm and bleep it away.
doesnt exactly stop spam but at least u can report all of pimplink's goatsex mails.

It's a distributed anti-spam network... it breaks the message up into blocks, generates signatures and if it's a 'known spam' that has been reported by others, it goes to the spam folder...
You still get a few though, but you just highlight and hit block... I check the spam folder about once a week just to make sure it doesn't block anything I want.
It's hard to find good antispam as an adult webmaster because most stuff such as newsletters make it on people's lists... almost never have the problem with spamnet, except when ccbill sends out 15 copies of the same message and a few people report it :DKomply - The 2257 record keeping & content management application (sneak preview)

It can work with any smpt-based accounts (may work with several at once), but it goes as separate software, not built in.
Personal blacklist, checking with spamcop (and other) dns spam blacklists, heuristic analyser, different filters, etc. Downloads only header of a message, can delete and/or bounce undesired messages.Comment
