I tried it before and had some other issues with it. Now I'm using Meebo. Works best for me since I login from multiple machines my history is stored online.

my trillian is only using 6MB while running and shows ICQ names properlyt each time ive installed it... using the free version

I use both on diff computers. Digsby still not quite there yet. Trillian there are ways to get icq names to show up. Double click each icq that is showing a number and the name should appear.

I'm using Astra but same results.
Some things are wonky, but when you figure them out Trillian is the snazzle.

I dumped Digsby since all your messages go through their servers first. Try http://www.pidgin.im/ . It's opensource and cuts out that intermediation BS.

i have 6 years of history in Trillian, i couldn't switch even if i wanted to. but since i have no issues at all i wouldn't know why anyways. no problems with names either.

Never understood anyone having problems with Trillian. Used it since it's launch on numerous machines here and very few minor problems over the years.

Do you have a short ICQ list? My problems started as my ICQ list expanded.
