I've got a brilliant theory: all those chatters were the historical program owners themselves, diligently screwing over affiliates while avoiding any actual work. They must have been utterly dedicated to messing around all day on the board, trying to lure in affiliates. And surprise, all those programs have magically vanished, leaving a mountain of unpaid money behind. Naturally, these paragons of virtue have also disappeared from the board. How shocking!
