    Ate McDonald's for the first time in a year yesterday

    Today my guts ache and I've been farting for 12+ hours non-stop and slept like ass.

                          Something is wrong with your health...I eat mostly healthy, but go to McDonalds basically every week or two...and never had any issues. And I have eaten in McDonalds in 20-30 different countries for sure.

But $2000 sneakers and McDonalds should come after bills, stocking the fridge & cabinets and a trip to your doc for a check-up to see what your partying has done to your body. Support mine to be problem free. There are no useless proteins, unless you have a weird mental thing going on where you think all the things you do are the only things that matter. Quinoa, Rice and beans, etc... i'm good, healthy and have this cool mental thing from it where I don't care what other people eat and don't feel like I'm superior because I figured out other ways to get my protein without all the saturated fats and bad cholesterol... And can eat a random burger without my stomach tying up into knots.
