I'm not... you have a decent network and all... but it involves work and overhead and costs... plus to move over all the affiliate accounts that go with that network to new owners, and so on and so forth, and if there are any paysites, that's another level of complication. There isn't a whole lot of people who could understand what they are buying and the level of dedication needed to run that kind of operation, not to mention the learning curve of understanding how it all works.
