All programs have a spam policy..but I know you're just messing around here..
If you're in the US, email spam laws will get you..

Nah, I'd just hire someone from outside the USA to do it for me.

**mikesinner** · 09-11-2009, 10:36 PM

I seriously doubt any program is going to let you do this.

**Naughty-Pages** · 09-27-2009, 08:43 AM

Try ask a lawyer, I don't think Pimpmansion is qualified to say anything about how legit your E-mail list is and therefor they are not qualified to advise you on what you can do with it or not.

You probably also wanna make sure you label your mails according to the CAN-SPAM act or whatever it is called

I hate spam!

**kesha1** · 10-15-2009, 03:28 PM

I am pretty sure it is not allowed.
I think you'd need a legal advice, and if the sponsors will find out, most likely they will cancel your account.

but nothing is on their site that excludes that way of promoting, their link to their Spam policy is a dead link..

and they have not responded to my icq's, emails, or forum posts..

i dunno.. maybe they are ignoring me?

i wonder why they would ignore Me.. me specifically..

i mean they reply to other people.. why would they not respond to me?

i will probably see them at the next convention... would be nice to touch based before meeting them in person...

**NetHorse** · 10-15-2009, 09:16 PM

I have sex with spam

Naughty-Pages -

Sorry for the delay in response here. I only returned from Europe last week and have been playing catch up ever since. I did receive your email while I was out of town and took action based on your comments about our link request techniques.

The issues you mentioned are now corrected. More specifically you mentioned (in your email) how we contact domain owners who use a privacy service, and the lack of a remove link in those messages. We will no longer contact anyone by whois info who uses a privacy service. Also, we now have 1 click unsubscribe links on all messages that are sent.

As far as the spam policy link not working. I was unaware of this and have submitted a task to my team to have it corrected ASAP. Obviously that should be working.

If you would like to speak with me in person about this, feel free to hit me on ICQ or IM. I'd be happy to provide you with my phone number as well.
