who does translations?

I have a couple wordpress themes that were on chinese sites, they are nice themes, but I need it translated to english.

Anyone do this kind of work?

Probably only like 10-20 lines in total of chinese to english needed.

Fris hit me up, we have a translations company - the first dealing with the adult industry and we have done work for some of the major players in the business, aebn, platinumbucks, ars, etc...

Are any of the people who posted with a company that used to promote here - that also provides a domain/full site in the country where the language is targetted? (For example, translating a site into Japanese and procuring a .jp domain for it, setting up the domain so that Japanese SE's index it, etc.)

You actually do not need a .jp domain to get listed in the Japanese search engines, take a look at http://www.google.co.jp for example, there are plenty of regular .coms listed in the results

Yes, I've seen that, but I don't know what SERPS display in a browser that only displays Japanese (that is, what a "normal" Japanese surfer would see) - whether there's a difference - and also whether a Japanese surfer would trust a .jp site more than a .com. My suspicion is that there are differences in what they see as well as whether they'd be more likely to check out a .jp domain.

Get yourself a japanese language pack installed and take a look at some of those listings, you can see both japanese and engrish on the results pages at Google JP

The only 'real' difference (my understanding) of how pages are displayed is that its a different language, everything else works the same way that a regular US site would, unless you start working with languages like Arabic, etc where the reading direction is changed.
