    Selling my gay tgp site

If you're looking to buy a gay tgp site I'm selling mine

    http://www.freshloads.com/links.html

    Traffic:
Approx 10-13k/day of filtered gay-only traffic.
Traffic comes from bookmarkers, galleries promoting the site and from small traffic purchases, and a little from surfer word of mouth.

According to sextracker the site gets a little over 4k bookmarkers a day.
    Yesterdays top referrers

Top referrers on 10/31 (just to show consistency)

You can go here to and check around to see traffic since day 1 to show how consistent the traffic has been
    http://newstats.sextracker.com/st?sk...DId%253D281681

Obviously you'd get a lot more traffic if you traded.

    Income:
    Sept gross $1,806
Subtract approx $350 in expenses (hosting and traffic purchases)
    $1,456 net

    October gross $2259
    Subtract approx $400 expenses
    $1,859 net

So far in November I'm at $563 but haven't calculated expenses.

You'd probably make more money if you used sponsors with consoles and changed the banners more often (I haven't changed them in months).

Comes with the latest version of Germesia Brownie ( http://www.germesia.com/scripts/brow...ry_bb_2_1.html ). There is no traffic trading script that comes with the site.

I probably spend 15-20 minutes on the site a day including updates and answering emails.

Current host is rock solid if you want leave the site where it is.

Really hate to sell this but I have to move and need cash.

If youre interested please email me: marc at freshloads dot com

    thanks

I don't wanna buy your site, but you sure know how to provide all the details people are looking for.

You didn't dick around like most people that try to sell their site on here.

Did you start that TGP in January?

I started it around Sept or October of last year (2001) but didn't start really working on it until March of this year, which is why the traffic was so low before March of 2002.

If it takes that little maintenance, why not hire someone to run it for you and chop up the profits with them?

Just a suggestion. Good luck with the sale.

Just to answer some questions I've gotten so far:

                  1. If you want to know what I want for it, my response is "How much are you willing to pay"

I'm looking for low to mid 4 figures. Whatever those figures end up being is up to you.

                  2. I didn't trade traffic because I wanted the site to grow from word of mouth from happy surfers, like TheHun. I was looking at long term income potential and not short term.

                  3. I'm selling because I need to move and need cash, otherwise I'd never sell it.

                  4. The license for the Vbulletin messageboard expires I think in June (I'll look) so if you want to keep the messageboard going you should have your own script or buy a license.

                  5. Shemales haven't worked for me on the site. But I'll show the buyer what has worked well for me in the past.

I'll be on icq tonight when I get home from work and give the # out over email.

                  thanks

                    I'm on icq #133031563 - let's talk!
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
