Can I give you a few recommendations on how to improve your FLV's?

1) I don't know why, but your hosted FLV's load very slow and they don't stream (i.e. don't play in real time). It would be great if you move them to a faster server or optimize the existing one.*
2) Sound in all FLV clips is terrible (seems audio bitrate is very low).*
3) Screen shots for many of your clips are not 640x360px as it written in the dump file (e.g.: http://www.teencash.com/flv-tll.txt), some of them are even made in portrait format (e.g. 900x1200px etc)**

Your sites are great, and I believe you'll be getting much more traffic if you fix your FLV promos which are very popular today.
