Hard to sell anything to broke people these days. It's well worth the money and even if I myself had that much to blow, not being in adult really, I'd pounce on it. Good luck with the sale.Want to crush it in mainstream with Facebook ads? Hit me up.Comment

depends what you do with the money. If it is invested and makes him a lot more than smart move. If he blows it on crap or bad business decissions then yeah, bad decission.
Little rule i learned from someone a lot more knowledgeable and successful than me... its great to sell things and make a profit, but if you have monthly income coming in from something then don't sell unless you have something secure lined up that will make you more a month then what you are making now. thats the jist of it. basically meaning, don't sell something if you just going to put the money in the bank, blow it, etc. etc...ICQ: 86364801 Email: will [at] innovativeassets [dot] com

All depends as will76 said. I sell off assets all the time.
A lot of times I am just testing some technology or platform to see the results. Then I move on. Sometimes it becomes more a hassle then expected, and I do not want the site.
I always invest that money back into content, my business, or another idea. Making money is easy if you know what you are doing, and sometimes doing the leap frog is a good method if you are confident in your ideas and business model. It has served me well.
It does not work for everyone, and many just blow the money. So they lose that stream of income and do not replace it, nor plan for the down months.Comment

100K in escrow is worth 100K more than all the 'hey, let's work out an arrangement' crap you are undoubtedly hearing these days.
Take the money. ;)Comment

I intend to roll the money over into an offline business. The decision to sell has nothing to do with the state of the industry, just a need for some change in my life.depends what you do with the money. a 100K in escrow is 7K a month less in income. Sounds like he isn't spending much time on it now anyway. Put in a little time and keep the 7K a month coming in, even if it is declining a little each month. unless you have something to do with the money to make you more money it is stupid to sell and just bank it.ICQ: 86364801 Email: will [at] innovativeassets [dot] com

becarefull, your 7K a month is a sure thing. Well even if it is 7K this month, 6800 next month, 6600 the following month etc... its still "x" amount of money at the end of the month/year guaranteed.
A lot of us here made a lot of money and invested it into offline businesses and lost it all and have nothng to show for it. In my case I didn't sell the cow to invest in offline stuff. I kept the cow, sold the milk and used the milk money to invest. I lost the milk money but kept selling more milk so I still had money coming in. If you sell the cow, lose it on an offline investment, there is no more milk money coming in either.
I know you said you still have affiliate money coming in, but I think I also read how you said it was a fraction of what you use to make as an affiliate. maybe that was someone else but I thought it was you. Either way, you risking a lot more by selling/investing a source that makes you money. Rather, why not save the money made from the network over the next 10-12 months and use that to invest, the ie milk money instead of the cow.ICQ: 86364801 Email: will [at] innovativeassets [dot] com

I used my funds to buy commercial real estate. I have flipped a few properties using 1031 exchanges and managed to improve my porfolio. The area has continued to grow and I've maintained a 8+% annual return on my investments for the past 30 years.Comment

Trust me, I struggled with that. OCCash and LordsofPorn make decent money, whatever additional time I have I put into JQMedia. I've been working 12 hour days for way too long and need a break. I've gotten to where I envy anyone with spare time. I need some of that right now.becarefull, your 7K a month is a sure thing.
