As far as I understand, she is his ex, so now he can't shoot new videos.
Hopefully, he has her consent signed )))
I don't have permission to share these videos, but I will update this thread later when I have more projects like this one done.

A client of mine reached out to me and asked if I could replace a part of the interior in the footage to match the style and color of a girl's apparel (she was wearing red fishnets and latex gloves).

So, I did some perspective matching for this shoot, created 3D models for a new wall, closet with shelves, put some vases on them, and rendered it over the original video. I wasn't sure if it would work, but it looks really good and much more consistent in terms of style.

And here's the cherry on top: the client sent me a few hours of content he shot between 2019-2021, asked to mirror it horizontally, and change the interior as we did in the previous video. Also, we changed the soundtrack and cut positions, so technically, it's a brand new video now!

Isn't it freaking smart?

So, I'm about to add a new feature to my services now! What do you guys think? Is it going to be popular?

And if you've got some footage that you want to re-use creatively - hit me up! I'd love to create more stuff like this!

As I wrote before, unfortunately, I don't have permission from the content owner to post it.

And speaking of tools, I was using Blender to model the parts of the interior, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for video editing and compositing.

Ok, so here we go

Just decided to make a little promo showcasing this stuff to place it on our site also.

Komissariat Media Productions

So I got an idea in mind to run so so-called 3D plug-in service for small studios/productions or even standalone models.

Basically, you do not need expensive gear to shoot content that can be enhanced with 3D.

There are only a few simple requirements for the footage:

1. It should be shot on a tripod, so we can work with a fixed camera perspective and add augmented 3D flawlessly.
Yes. it is possible to add 3D elements to dynamic shots also, and it is ok for short forms (reels, stories, ad spots), but it will take too much time to produce let's say 10-20 minute video. And such big shots have much more requirements in terms of gear and shooting.

2. Consistent lighting throughout the scene.

3. Areas where 3D objects will be placed should be 'model-free.'
Real objects shouldn't intersect with artificial ones unless you're using a green screen.

We also can add some animated 3D characters to the scene and it will work perfectly for some genres like anime cosplay, or it can be just a feature to make your content stand out.

One more interesting thing is that sponsored product placement can be done upon request after shooting (logos on the walls, etc).

Of course, we can work with footage that you've shot already (if it meets a few requirements listed above), but to get really cool stuff it is better to plan such kinds of shootings and keep in mind augmentations that we are going to implement.

It is always better to shoot to edit because good post-production always starts on the stage
