I am considering selling my active member database now, because I am old and have worked too hard and am ready to stop.

There is obviously a dilemma: If you stop new sales, your CHB ratio is increased quite a lot. So, I think I have to sell it instead of just letting the recurs trickle down. But, I don't know what someone will pay.

It is 7000 active members who bill for on average $40/month, but after cancels, it's about $220,000/mo worth of transactions. Anyone who is interested in buying would obviously know that the transactions would trickle down, but it will probably end up being about $1.5-$2mil worth of transactions.

It would only be a good deal for you if you have the new transaction volume to sustain that many members (mid to large size programs). It would be a deal where the sites are transferred to your master account with Epoch 3rd party processor. When you buy these members, there will be no new sales to these sites, other than the ones that you get from your own traffic, so you're essentially just buying the rebills.
