I have been trying to submit an EFT in CZK for about 2 weeks but it always returned with a message about some temporary problem. Now it seems EFT is only available in EUR so I submitted one 4 days ago, this time it hasn't returned but still not in my bank account either. Normally it's there within 24 hours. Are you guys experiencing any delays/issues with Paxum's EFT currently?

Mine seems slow too and often only takes 15 mins from making the ETF to hitting my bank account.
I submitted one over 24 hours ago but it still shows as pending in my account. -
Does Paxum use Masspay for EFT? If so Masspay is having major issuesComment

Support didn't mention any issues, they just told me that EFT can take up to 5 working days so I should wait till the end of the week and if not received still, then they can investigate further. I don't remember it ever taking longer than 48 hours but well, I'll see on Monday.Comment

I received money today. It took 24 hours with SEPA payment.Comment

I couldnt choose an EFT as transfer, so I made a SEPA Euro transfer last Wednesday. In the payment history it shows up as Euro EFT. The money arrived 24h later.Comment

Are paxum EFT withdrawals mad slow for anyone else again?
After being forced to use the app, I went from almost instant withdrawals (1-30 minutes) to within 24 hours (still cool), then to 2-3 business days and now 4 business days and counting....
Especially sucks when the weekend is in between after making withdrawals on a Thursday. By tomorrow it's been a week.
Is this the new normal now? I guess I have to alter my expectations after being spoiled with almost instant withdrawals for so long.Comment

Last one sent the 18th arrived yesterday the 24th, with a weekend in between.

Update: EFT transfer received! Took 5 business days (7 days including weekend) this time. Hope they get back to near instant payments at some point or 24 hours max.Comment

Yeah its pretty pathetic to be honest.
EFT should take 24 hours max once its been initiated by the bank.
I did one Friday and Sunday and they both arrived Wednesday.
Another was done on Wednesday and still not arrived.
Paxum need to update everyone as to why they are now taking so long!Comment
