Hi, looking to make sure I don’t get sued since porn production is inherently a high risk industry with regards to litigation and legal matters.

What kind of business insurance would you recommend that would help with litigation and other porn production matters? Like covering the cost of my business being sued, etc

How often do you estimate that you or your business will get sued?

If you get proper model agreements, obey local health regulations, get proper release forms and adhere to US 2257 rules, you do NOT need any special insurance, no different then running any other business... and yes, try not to shoot in Afghanistan or where it is locally banned

Why would anyone go to Afghanistan to do that?

Work comp. Your paid models will probably be deemed employees. If they get hurt on set you will mostly likely be liable.

If you are in a state (America specific answer) where porn isnt legal, it will probably be impossible to get work comp insurance.

Accidents happen on set, not often but they do.
