Haha, I got wicked bouts of sleep paralysis several times. I also found that the "window" for creative output and work was narrower, but sharper. Experimenting with a low carb diet was super interesting because I found that your entire lifestyle, at least mine, revolved around when and what I ate. When I just eat a shitty diet, my life flows easier. I have to remain super-focused on my diet when I'm low-carb, because temptations lurk everywhere, and the sugar rush is just a cupcake away...
I kind of want to start a "what do you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner" thread where we can share our power-meals!
