Technical question: why move from FLV to MP4?
Better quality? Anyone with more details? smaller size with same quality or why are some sites switching from FLV to MP4?

no idea what that guy is talking about, you can put h264 in a flv container...

both can have the same codec (h264) but the flv files offer extra functionality while mp4 is just a movie fileComment
