301 redirects bad for SEO?

I have an old site that changed domains a few years back, when i check SEO tools like ahrefs/semrush it shows how many sites linking to it via 301 redirects (sites are linking to old url).

Question, do you think this is bad for the SEO, not giving as much credit for the backlinks to my sites, or that 301 redirects pass along just as much SE power as it would to the new domain?

Thanks for any feedback.
