ok, if you´ve lost your phone & sim card, you can get whats app on your pc & go to there help center, email & message them, download the app on the laptop, you can also check if any messages have been intervened by other people...
is less worry than losing the phone with all your content on there

I went to my service provider as you suggested and I asked them to give me a new SIM with the same phone number, they refused at the beginning because the SIM was not linked to my name, but I showed them that the phone number is linked to my gmail I use on my phone and to my whatssup too as a proof I'm the owner of this phone number, then they accepted, and I recovered my lost phone number.Comment
