paysites just need the type of models customers are looking for AND the engagement. most networks and paysites are still push publishing. i tell site owners all the time you need to engage with members as much as possible.

MET does great in their niche because they publish a lot every day. most paysites cant keep up with that publication schedule so they need engagement. i worked for Hegre in studio in its infancy and engagement is the only thing that helped him compete with MET. we had meetings about MET lol

the only solo model sites surviving today are virtual gf style where the site owner/model is active and engaged with members. dormant solo sites are long dead - even on OF.
