ClubXXXCams is getting a move on now and, of course, we're looking for Webmaster support. We offer a 35% Lifetime RevShare program for new Webmasters registrations before October 15th. For registrations after the 15th, it moves into a 30% Lifetime RevShare. We also offer a 10% Webmaster Referral for all program users.

Our Model base will expand on October 8 and we are already pushing in quality traffic from major providers (with conversions).

Not exactly the best response to give a guy who could send you some of his traffic, especially when you're asking for webmasters to join the program.

There are some models on our site who simply won't talk to free guests and may also be working programs at the same time. However, as mentioned in my earlier post, you will start to see our online model numbers grow over the coming days, even today. Some of which certainly do chat and convert free guests (we know them well). So, we hope that you will check back over the next 4-5 days to see what we have to offer as well as register a Member account to test with (no credit card required!).

I have tried to speak many times as guest with the girls, they don't respond at all. I signed up (as moremagic) and they came all to live.

Personal I don't think this is very smart. It makes it hard to make your site a success or even to convert your traffic.

I think you can better let guest know that they can't chat with the girls until they signup. It will help your conversion rate and building a client database.

Free chat is what gets the surfer buying, if your girls ignore new traffic/surfers the traffic is useless.
Webmaster sends traffic - girl wont talk to him in free chat - surfer bails, i don't get it.

I do agree - and, I am certain that a change, such as 'Free Guest clicks to chat and gets redirected to the free Member registration page,' will be implemented sooner than later. The free Member registration takes 20 seconds or so to fill in, submit, and land in the Members area and it sounds like it is making all the difference in Model-User interaction. Solid, proactive feedback such as this can lead to process decisions that could drastically improve our overall User experience.

To the other posts, thanks for the encouragement. It has been a long road getting to this point and we are pleased to entering this market. Every business has a 'Day 1' and it's a pleasure to be here.

Look at it this way - the models are your sales staff, the webmasters are the guys in the monkey suits waving signs and giving out balloons to get people in to your store.

It doesn't matter how many monkeys you have getting people in to your store, if your sales staff is sitting in the employee lounge drinking coffee instead of helping the customers you aren't going to net many sales.

The whole point of web cams is live interaction. Surfers can see naked chicks anywhere on the internet, they want the one-on-one time with models.

On a positive note, the site looks great and a lot of the models are pretty damn attractive. At least they were when I was checking it out. You guys have a hot seller there if you can get the models to understand that the guests who try and engage them in chat are potenial sales.

Thanks JDZ. For new Webmaster registrations before October 15, we're doing a 35% Lifetime Revenue Share. After October 15, it will be 30% Lifetime Revenue Share. All Webmasters get 10% if they use our Webmaster Referral program. Payments are bi-weekly via ePassporte or bank wire (with other options currently being explored).

We already have a host of banners (GIF & Flash) and video embeds available for use. RTMP and many more complex tools are all on the way, some of which will be ready for our November Official Launch.

Biggest webmaster / affiliate misconception of all time in regards to cam sites: Model count has to be high for a site to be good.

Model count doesn't mean shit. It's quality that is 100x more important than quantity.

Site A could have 500 studio girls on from some 3rd world country where they can't speak english, are working out of a shit hole, and really aren't that cute, ignore people, etc.

Site B could have 10 girls on live that are all pros, know how to work the customer, build their on regular base, look great, speak great english, etc etc...

I would promote Site B over Site A every time.

Now in an ideal world you would want 500 pro girls on covering all different niches... but very very few sites accomplish this. But most site with high numbers just fill it up with crappy studio girls who are making pennies an hour... All because the site feels they have to have tons of girls on because if they don't affiliates wont promote them. When what happens is the site creates a mind field of shit for customers to wade t hrough to try t o find the couple good girls on the site. After going into 5 or so room of total shit chathost the customer leaves and never finds the good girls on t he site.

Repeat customers is where the money is at. One chat host who is good enough to develop a regular base of repeat users is better than 1000 crappy 3rd world country girls who only know how to say " hey bb" " you like bb?" " want to see me pussy bb?"
