This is the old old fashioned way. Several of those are American entities or have American subsidiaries and most of them peer in North America..

I have already done that. That's how I managed to enforce the content removal, though the only company that was cooperative (and helpful) was Voxility. The others including Cogent didn't care. Cogent replied that they didn't host the content (as if I didn't know that). Voxility enforced the account suspension on Alexhost, but the thief then changed webhosts (as noted above).
