It's good news for us at http://www.2257safe.com

We have invested thousands of dollars to build the best solution to manage your 2257 records as well as we are situated in a legal office in the San Fernando valley.

Yes that is right, you get to use OUR address as your custodian of records address if you should ever have the Feds come and visit you. We are your front line of defense.

We have been telling our customers all along, while me may not agree with the ruling either- it is the LAW.

I am not happy that the argument was rejected, however I am seeing a LOT of new clients coming over to us today.

If you have any questions regarding this verdict or for a quote on how much it would cost to store your records with us, visit http://www.2257safe.com

or email me at kevin at Kevin Blatt Dot com

I can't access my 2257safe email from this computer.

If you are US based and sending traffic to them using graphic images, you are in need of 2257 records.

If you are a US based company working an affiliate program from out of the US i.e. ( Canada)

You still need a copy of the records even though they are Canadian, they still need to supply you with records if you choose to work their affiliate program.

Ask your sponsors for copies of 2257 if you are US based, many sponsors still don't and won't furnish this information. Once again , it is the LAW.

If your sponsor is interested in storing their records with 2257safe.com, we will store them for everyone using our service. The only time these records will ever be accessed or needed, is in the event of an inspection.

Well lets all be glad that what is hurting the entire business is doing you some good!!!

Im sure your system is great, and yes i think people like you are doing a good thing.
However, your system does not help with the paper nightmare....which is a LARGE part of why the 2257 is hated!

Some companies pay in the thousands to make sure their records are correct and yes they would still have to do that even when using your system.

                              Good point.

However there are new angles being conceived everyday.
From trademarks and copyright infringement, to now 2257

One way or another tubes will never prevail
The biggest problem I see with the tubes is when the government starts realizing how easy it is for minors to access this FREE content, we'll all see more legislation try to be passed.

It's only a matter of time like with the Can-Spam act. Mailing was getting out of control and finally something needed to be done about it. They passed that law under the guise that minors were receiving penis pill ads and porn offerings- Tubes are far worse.

It's coming. This shit is cyclical.

                                You do have a point.
Most of the challenges we are seeing at 2257safe.com involve the digitization of paper records to excel spreadsheets, PDF's and JPG's- while it may be very time consuming for most of you- I am in talks with a few people looking to provide this type of service for people.

Anyone who has a background in scanning, or printing can really provide a great service for people right now.

I know I can refer a lot of business their way.

gotta love highly intelligent critical analysis!
I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I wish I was drinking wine instead.

I am not surprised by the denial of the Supreme Court. I think that even if there is a decision by the Supreme Court down the road that it is unconstitutional, Congress will just re-write the law and put it back in our faces.

I dont see 2257 going away - ever - unfortunately. And while www.2257Safe.com isnt "right" for everyone, it can help alot of companies and smaller content producers to be compliant, remain compliant and possible even discourage inspections.

If you arent a customer you should at least check out the site and give it a test. At least sign up as an affiliate -- we pay out 50% rev share for the lifetime of the client. That could be for years. We have a great retention rate !!

This shit is cyclical.
even as annoying as you are, even a blind squirrel catches a nut every once and awhile..

can spam was passed not because of email, but because they led the law with pornography being sent to the inbox of minors..

i cant believe that some religious group hasnt gone after the tubes with the fact porn is so easy for minors to access..

i think that this will come at some point and when it does, tubes are going to have to adapt overnight...

this is going to be the achilles heel to tube sites and it will be interesting to watch..

i am willing to bet that if youtube allowed hardcore porn, the doj or other govt bodies would be going after youtube full force..

Apparently he didn't. I mean he had to have stopped reading the title of the article at 2257 because the last word "challenge" makes it pretty obvious what the article was about, but if that wasn't enough it was certainly spelled out blatantly in the first 3 paragraphs.

He probably didn't - hopefully they go out and enforce it. Nothing would shut down a tube like prison.

So if I film myself jacking off I better have 2257 to prove I did not film a minor? Yeah makes sense.

I should have explained myself... by giving the thumbs up, i meant about ?2257 does nothing to stop child pornography; it does nothing more than overburden legal adult businesses,? she said. ?It is outrageous it is unconstitutional and we are going to continue the fight.

We will continue to fight and you will see this will backfire at them....they have no more bullets or excuses left...they have no argument left....this will seem like a cat and mouse game in front of the judges.

Well, it is back to the FSC and Michael Murray's new 2257 challenge.

What has the FSC done for you? They are still trying to overturn 2257 and are mounting a new challenge as I type this.

Let's wish them luck even if we don't particularily like them.
