Tnaflix and Eporner will takedown any watermarked video an affiliate uploads to promote a porn site but will leave up 30+ minute videos of the same full length porn.

100% exact same thing with Pornhub and Xhamster.

XVideos was one of the few big sites that, until a few years ago, reliably posted 5 minute affiliate clips.

I don’t know Moldavian law, neither do I condone stealing.

But ”take-down” is a typical American thing, possibly valid/respected in most of Europe too. Sending a ”take down request” to a Moldavian company might not hold any power, it can very well be so that they are not required to comply and thereby, in their mind - rightly, ignore it.

I fully understand the value of having your stuff stolen and I do not endorse copyright infringenent or stealing one bit. But trying to hold a foreign host to American standards might be in vain.

There are all sorts of DMCA-ignored hosting sites. That's what they're designed for.

Trademark infringement claims can reach hosts, advertisers, ad networks and others who support the infringement of a trademark under a theory of contributory trademark infringement.

Forget DMCA and copyright.. they have no teeth.

Nothing will change until the monetization of stolen content is stopped.

Not my content, but if I would DMCA their hoster and advertiser (exoclick?)

If hoster doesn't respond, first threat and then send a DMCA to Visa/MC compliance and watch how fast a hoster can react.

Just found out that Sxyprn .com (same owner as Fullporner .com) is on the same webhosting (Advancedhosting.com) as Stripchat, his main sponsor.

                                  Must be coincidence...

I have already done that. That's how I managed to enforce the content removal, though the only company that was cooperative (and helpful) was Voxility. The others including Cogent didn't care. Cogent replied that they didn't host the content (as if I didn't know that). Voxility enforced the account suspension on Alexhost, but the thief then changed webhosts (as noted above).

                                              UPDATE:

Our content was removed after contacting his webhosting companies and ad network. At first, they weren't very cooperative but they changed their mind when I told them what would be our next steps against them.

He hosts the videos on two different servers: Trafficdeposit .com (UA-hosting) and Bigcdn .cc (Leaseweb), so those are the companies where you should direct your take-down requests together with Trafficstars, the ad network that pays him.
