THAT is correct in MOST cases.. unless .. someoen that is working for cologroup... does something
responsible for its employees.
If the datacenters fucks up for example....then I claim my ISP
I don't have a contract with the datacenter.....the ISP would
then claim the datacenter.....very simple if it would be different
then there is always another person to blame

In September of 1997, Microsoft released a free copy of Internet Explorer 4.0 via the Internet. Conxion joined Microsoft in delivering the files that ranged from 13Mbytes for the smallest version of the software to a whopping 25Mbytes. In the 48 hours that followed Conxion successfully delivered over 6 Terabytes of data without problems.Originally posted by picindex

Glad I found this thread... I've been sitting here feeling like a jackass all day wondering what the fuck is going on with my sites... the LEAST they could do is post a message on their website or on a message board to let us know what the fuck is going on...
I am soooo done with Cologroup -- already went out today and got myself a dedicated server at a reputable company used by some heavy-weights... I learned a valuable lesson today... you get what you pay for!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Please people, don't leave them!!! At least wait until the family members and groupies post messages about how good Cologroup is and how this is only an hallucination. (Your sites can't be down, It's impossible). Also, tech support always seem to answer in less than an hour for them.. How strange..
I am sure they will convince you to stay with them
I mean, eh, I cancelled my account 2 months ago and I am still receiving invoices from them.. (I was smart enough to cancel my previous credit card because I knew I was going to have problems with them). This shows how unprofessionnal this company is.
"Your invoice appears below, but the payment could not be processed without a verbal authorization. This also occurred last month, so $100 is due for October and November. Please contact your credit card company and authorize a $100 payment from Hosting FM. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. You may also use PayPal.
Thank you for your business - we appreciate it very much.
Sincerely,
ColoGroup Corporation

this is from our friends at fuckedcompany.com about the vaunted Conxion:
________________________
Conxion laying off 40% of staff
Conxion Corporation
I was laid off on Tuesday, along with 40+% of the staff. You won't see the reports on any news site, since Conxion wants to keep it quiet. Microsoft and Symantec are already sore about the Sprint peering issue last year, and yanked a lot of their traffic. I have heard IBM who hosts their Global Services managed hosting customers with Conxion is pissed. The company blew through $84 million in one year, and still nothing to show for it. Why the CEO is still hiring executive VPs is crazy. I don't think the rest of us will have jobs here soon.

Company: Conxion Corporation
