It's a fetish. Hence it has LOTS of explanations. The basic idea behind CFNM is humiliation and the associated sub-fetishes are those related to humiliation (like sissyfication, role changing, femdom, etc) . This being said, there's a branch of CFNM that deals with "indecent exposure", but it's really minor (usually associated with public places exposure, rape fantasies, etc)
