Yeah, I had to rest for about 10 mins during the session, a couple of the poses or whatever they're called, I couldn't do. I stuck it out while a couple veterans had to leave the room. Some dude passed out and the instructor had to help him out.

I found it totally energizing.

i can barely make it to the car after a 90 minute session, my towel is completely soaked with sweat (it's a bath towel too, not a hand towel) and i've drank 1/2 gallon or more of water.

I also do power vinyasa and Anusara and various other classes . Let me know we can go together you can also do a 2 week trial period at my studio for only 30 bucks its soooooooo worth it and u will be hooked after , btw , your not on MSN
