    HELP with OUTLOOK 2007

While doing the back up i got this msg:

"There is not enough free memory to run this program.Quit one or more programs, and then try again"

I closed all the programs almost nothing is running, even in the background.

The same msg now appears when i try to click "send/receive", Junk mail, Sent mail and when i try to expand a folder.

Is this due to another corrupted file? I had a similar issue before.

anyone knows how to fix this?

I have never had this problem, Outlook does have a built in diagnostics tool though which may help you figure out what is going on.

It is located at Help->Office Diagnostics, hopefully it will help you narrow down your problem.

Tried that...the Diagnostic didn't find any issue...so much for reliability.

Right, how large is your .pst file?
Assuming you run Windows it should be somewhere here: c:\documents and settings\USERNAME\local settings\application data and then either the Microsoft or Outlook folder.

Reboot computer, after it boots back up, shut down all crap which runs in the background and then try again.

Try to increase your page file, thus creating more virtual memory or just buy more RAM.

fixed, corrupted files and the add-ins cause the problem.
