I'm howard and i take care of all traffic sales. Most of the people who buy from me have been for years. Were very fair with everyone. If anyone does bad I take care them but the penalty is I won't resell you. Over 80% of people who but continue to rebuy.
If you do bad hate to say it but its your fault. If anything my prices are too cheap. When buying traffic its up to the buyers to make the most out of it by adding exits, popups, email boxes,non competitive links and so on.
Traffic is 10 cents per clickthrough to be listed on top spots of mails or $1 private delivery or $1000 per million to deliver your full page html add.
