This month has been much much better. There was no down-time for me although I did notice some people reported a small amount. Tickets are still being answered in minutes, the server seems pretty fast and the tech staff are still amazing.

In fact one thing really impressed me this month. I had a in issue with one of my scripts that I thought might be a database issue their end. They actually got a senior tech to look through my php code and sort the issue out for me. That is absolutely not their job and I just can't imagine any other host going that far to fix an issue. Totally unexpected and very impressive that they would do that.

I have put them to work a bit this month installing scripts for me. They do it so quickly and it's always correct first time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The techs really are their greatest asset and I can't praise them enough.

This month is an easy 10/10. I was aware that some people claimed downtime but I didn't see any and I was online when that was mentioned.

At this point I can't imagine myself looking for another host ever again.

that's great - but all of the top hosting companies who do managed hosting will do the same when it comes to helping troubleshoot scripts and installing them. i've heard of some hosts writing scripts no charge for customers.

I'm with Nat Net myself and a friend is with another top host and the service couldnt be more different. Nat Net are the best, my friend is thinking of moving to them already since this so called top host can't even do shit in a timely manner.

I still don't get the point of offering somebody a free server and then ask them to post a honest review on gfy, its like giving people a car and then ask if they are happy

I have been with National Net Since b4 2000
I run a large seo network, I use multiple hosts, at times more than 30 involving thousands of domains. Since 98 there are very few major hosts that I have not trialed.

National Net is the best host online, always has been.
