    best way to close down a site rip site or remove content

    as title says, what´s the best way to close a rip site or remove content from the site?



    I usually would leave a few vids & say to myself, i´ll have another few new scenes within the next day or so...

    however, this rip site has our new dvd up & only adultempire has the dvd available online, so this could effect sales dramatically.


    Also, so many other dvd´s and the site looks like it´s updating 1000´s of scenes daily!

      A lot of those rip sites are hard to take down. Tons of work just for another rip site to pop up.

                              If someone designs their system from the ground up with the idea of not being able to be found or shut down, there's really little you can do. There are sites out there with full hollywood movies that billion dollar corps cannot take down.

                                                  To correct the above idiots, we have not uploaded to sheer, we have no account with sheer...

                                                  & as said on my first post, while not wanting stolen content on these rip sites, stolen content on these sites do not bother us as we produce more content than they can steal, so our paying subscribers always receive new content & custom content updated to my official site & other pages we update...

                                                  however, this is our latest DVD title, now making me just feel like keeping the DVD sales to offline purchasing.


                                                  Thank you to all those posting helpful & business minded posts.

                                                  I´m hoping I have this situation regarding DMCA´s with a company & hopefully shall keep you all updated over the coming days

                                                                                  well I´ve had some amazing improvements regarding the 2 rip sites allowing my dvd to be displayed & much more success regarding the company who dealt with this situation.

                                                                                  An amazing GFYer, ricardo, owner of website https://legalcentro.com has been working on the problem & has already stopped the sites being allowed to download my dvd.

                                                                                  He also found another site with the dvd & other dvds owned by myself. So continued to work with removing their google search ability & removing the ability disabling downloading from the fileshare companies...

                                                                                  I have good news. The first part is done. The file hosters removed your
                                                                                  content. Visitors can not download your videos on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

                                                                                  You can try to download your content to check.

                                                                                                  first month release, purchase from the adult shops in the UK´s usually over 600 units. However, sadly since covid, over the past couple of years, sales have dropped slightly, still enough to see a nice return but yes, this dvd sold less in this release this year...

                                                                                                  Sales can be better over Christmas, so we´ll probably try get our 7th dvd title out just before, in a month or 2

                                                                                                      Keep in mind, a new url will pop up and get indexed fast. We submit over a 1000 serps a day. Eventually they may move on. Maybe not. One thing we did was stop releasing HD content on day 1. A lot of these zero hour rip sites depend on HD-4k and uploaded within a few hours. You take that away you really put a wrench in the machine. Just assure your members that even after they cancel/expire, you’ll send them the hd of what they missed. Keep in mind pirates do pay (the ones who monetize your content) so you will lose some sales, but worth it in the end. Try going after their domain, too. A lot of precedent has been set by mindcock

Ricardo is excellent & I approve & recommend his services to everyone with the similar problem

They will of course ignore it at first, but you could then do the same request to their hosting provider and their payment processor as well.

                                                                                                                              there were 3 dvd´s and 3 download hosts on each dvd, so quite a few hosting companies to contact, but all now removed the file thanks to Ricardo, he´s a legal advisor & knows how to deal direct with these companies...

                                                                                                                              he´s also applied to the google dmca to remove the links, this in process & now he´s battling to close the 2 rip sites altogether!

                                                                                                                                                      I contacted the hosting party, interested in the offshore hosting. They only take down websites if they get any requests from legal authorities.

                                                                                                                                                      I’m preparing the announce of legal action because they are violating local laws. The hosting company is based in Moldova, and copyright infringement is prohibited

                                                                                                                                                      I so look forward to giving you guys a full takedown on these sites, if not, a reminder, Ricardo has already removed the hosting companies & places google dmcas, removing the posts & links from web search

But, you have no way of knowing when the links will be re-generated (they take those links down, but the webmaster is able to re-generate new ones).

                                                                                                                                                                  You can submit a DMCA notice yourself to any file locker, and it will be honored. But, you have no way of knowing when the links will be re-generated (they take those links down, but the webmaster is able to re-generate new ones).
                                                                                                                                                                  well, as said, Ricardo is a legal advisor, so far has done an amazing job, & now working on the actual site take down.

                                                                                                                                                                  Personally, he´s already done the job he promised to do, remove the downloads, the hosting companies that the downloads were available from. Also removing the links from google, so here´s to a great guy & legalcentro, a very good company
