To be honest, the adult niche has a very limited number of words that cover 90% of all descriptions. It should be an easy task for a native speaker. IMHO.
Ironically, all those synonym tables that were on sale for a hundred bucks 15 years ago or so were made by Russians whose English is very far from perfect
