If you actually read the thread I am not taking the side of big brother or even PB. I said you probably broke the tos without even thinking about breaking it. As in accidental. Your history has shown that you have missunderstood so many things in this industry it just makes it the most simple answer.
I will make it very simple for you since 280 is nothing to them, and so far they are not to concerned with potential drama from your post. If I was in your shoes and knew for a fact I did nothing wrong, it would only take a couple hours to file a small claims case even if on principle alone. Then you could come back here and post the document if you win, do that and well people may add a few points to what they think about your posting. It only costs 35-75 bucks and you can get that back in court if you win. Think about it.Comment

You amuse me. You are all bitching about not getting paid for sales you generated. So when you are an affiliate you want your sponsor program to be honest and pay all the sales you send them right. I can understand that. I feel the same ;-) Even though I can not judge this situation with Platinum Bucks ( they have a far far far better reputation than you do, this has to be mentioned ...), you do remind me about some cool one liners you gave me, when I approached you , being an affiliate and wanted to get paid for some sales I send you.

We have been in business for 12 years and have always paid all our affiliates on time. Our reputation is rock solid and over the years we have worked with hundreds of thousands of satisfied affiliates and companies worldwide.
Due to the nature of our Free Pass Bucks program, it is highly susceptible to fraud. We do our utmost to screen all accounts flagged so, but due to the sheer volume of transactions sometimes errors and/or misjudgements can occur.
I have now reactivated your account and our accounting dept. will be advised and issue payouts accordingly. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly should you need further support.

So Alpha, I take it your promotions for pb was all done inside of your members area right?
If so you really should alert sponsors of such because it will throw flags up all of the time. Especially when members area traffic can convert at 1:2 - 1:5.
Again if this is what you did, just like I said you did not understand something about the way the industry works and got flagged because of it, even though you committed no fraud.
