                      I've lived there. Married a Hawaiian girl. Read the link, he went to the wrong place. Maui is a beautiful place, just stay away from the tourist traps. Oahu has its bad places, like Hotel Street , as a sailor that was my favorite place.
                      Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

                              Just like with any country or state... Avoid the tourist shit.

                              I've been to England twice. First time I stayed in London, it was okay. Second time I stayed in the countryside with a co-worker / friend and that was so much more fun. I don't need to see the tourist shit. Who the fuck cares if you've seen Big Ben.

                              We had a condo in Honolulu for years. You could drive ten miles up the coast and fine a small beach with a handful of people and small restaurant that isn't serving your over priced hamburgers.
