the thing you aren't seeing is gfy does not attract models. its not avn. there's 3 regular models here. it also does not attract fans. that's two uphill battles no one around here wants to fight for gfy.
your entire business plan is based on the 3-letter domain. you keep bringing it up, but its just a domain. there's many failed 3-letter domains.
a successful online biz takes a team working thousands of hours. you must think it will be a volunteer army? where's your investment?

one thing i'd enjoy is more video conferences. the ynot conference during rona was cool. most of us are working in the dark coding shit. its fun to see other webmasters and talk about webmaster shit.

yea i think it requires higher level talent to run any site competing with OF.
the models have to stay engaged and adding content. verification is pretty easy these days. its the onboarding and continuous engagement that takes daily work. your average outsourced 3rd worlder can't do that work. they can barely do Amazon returns.
model engagement is in addition to daily traffic work. that part can be outsourced if it doesn't take too much brainwork. then you trade time for cost, which increases daily.
OF has many issues, but traffic and engagement aren't on the list. we're out of the sandbox now with fan sites, which means it takes a decent size team and budget to pull it off.
small biz in this industry always has to be looking at the next thing. get in early before the behemoths buy or destroy the market. then get out.

1. Who is your target demographic, if they want to wear clothing that says "Go Fuck Yourself" on it? Edgy 13 year old kids, and people who live in trailer parks. Not exactly people who will be spending a lot of money.

3. Having a 3 letter domain and an idea is not easy street to money. Everyone has a million ideas. Ideas are worth exactly ZERO. It's all about execution. You can become a millionaire today starting a business like cleaning if you can execute properly. Not everything has to be a novel tech idea.
