There are a few ways. A few camcorders also will allow on screen text but it can be limited. I would suggest that they think a little outside of the box a bit and use background url placement in the room. This can be combined with url/logo clothing, speaking the url, and logo placement via the software.
When we were doing studios we ran our streams through camcorders, then through specialized software, and then the webcam software. It created a slight delay or lag but it did allow for more video effects like logos, scrolling messages, and much more.Comment

Yep no foolin. Go make a big banner and hang it across the ENTIRE background. Just plaster it with your url so nothing else shows. It's about the ONLY way anymore. Just like all the media outlets on tv demand these days.
