you wanna see drinkers though, live in Turks and Caicos

not the locals, but the expats who comprise the other half of the island. they start their mornings with coffee and a glass of rum. the fancy stuff, of course

when me and my ex arrived and spent time on the expat side (we had to, he worked with them) both of us were fucking blown away

totally normal to be tanked doing high finance at 10 am

For everyone who never heard of it before, Canada Day is like our version of the Fourth of July, but with a bit less fireworks and a whole lot more apologies. Instead of grilling burgers and hot dogs, we might fire up the ol' barbecue and slap some maple-glazed bacon on there. And instead of declaring independence, we quietly ask the Queen (now King I suppose) for permission to celebrate another year of being politely Canadian.

Canada day is also the day we Canadians let our inner politeness take a backseat and embrace our wild side. Instead of blowing shit up like you do on the Fourth of July, we opt for a tamer celebrations like synchronized apology routines, maple syrup chugging contests, etc. Wild, eh?

      Happy Canada Day!

Wild? Wildly boring - but Canadian girls are hot so it's all good.

If not then highly suggest you call and get interviewed at all the major media outlets - denied and banned with no paperwork or reason. That's what sounds odd to me.
Actually BLM in canada is involved in the case now (thanks JesseQuinn) should be interesting. I was actually granted entry to canada, then the customs supervisor retracted my entry after googling my name and seeing all the hate/critics of my website. This was the basis of denial of entry and I don't think its fair that some nutjobs can make tiktoks and youtubes slandering you and thats enough to split up your family, because porn. They want to make you out to be a human trafficker whatever that is, and they pretend like they want to protect the "poor indians" who they systematically have genocided and railroaded since they landed here. How ironic they wanna be captain save a ho and put dream catchers on their rearview mirrors while pretending like they actually belong here

Thanks for responding and I do have to agree - that being targeted over the industry that is legal is wrong and never should they have used that against you. Yet that reason I don't see is racism as much as an attack on the industry/porn. If it was someone else even same race for example they would have done the same thing. You weren't being targeted for color but for porn.

That may be, but I find it really hard to believe that the color of his skin didn't come into play and cause the extra scrutiny that eventually found out Shimmy's work in adult.

Googling someone and quickly making a rash denial of entry that had such a severe impact at that point on Shimmy's life, seems incredibly unfair and worthy of some sort of legal recourse.

I feel like a caucasian that was an offline business owner and a well established property/land owner with family would have been granted entry without ever looking deeply into his online work.

If his denial was strictly based on his work in adult, then what does that say for any Canadian on this board that works in adult that may travel outside the country and need to get back in?

              sigh

FACT: racialized peeps are subject to far more scrutiny than white peeps at the border. this is well documented

FACT: Native women who are marginalized are subject to far higher levels of violence for a few reasons, one being that the perpetrators know the cops generally don't give a fuck. 'missing women' is a thing in Canada as it relates to Native women

Pickton wasn't the first serial killer who preyed on Native women and he won't be the last. let alone the non-serial killers who again, see Native women as 'low risk of cops doing anything' easy pickings

in some Native cultures there's a story about the Rougarou (basically a man that turns into a wolf) that roams the roads and preys on young Native women. this story is told as a metaphor, the real Rougarous are the men who prey on women walking alone

we can't set aside that a disproportionate number of Native peeps are marginalized as a direct result of Canadian gov policies over decades

but now, magically, all of a sudden Native women matter? lol

none of that applies to Shimmy, his NDNgirls site is legal. the women signed consent and gave ID, just like on any other porn shoot. but for the anti-porn folk they used "he's exploiting Native women!!!" as their attack strategy that got play in the media

what you have here is discrimination against Black people, tropes about Native women not being competent to make their own decisions (again, all of a sudden the issues Native women face are meaningful to white peeps?) and a border guard using the attitudes toward adult amongst the general population as an excuse to do what he did. there's racism all over this

you have no clue what you're talking about. you admitted that on page one. you really should have sat down after that

                  This sucks big time man!
                  My case it was different:
I've been held up by USA INS lots of times in the past, for several hours they held me and tried to force a confession that wasn't just. They just wanted to look good with their supervisors..
                  Also clean record and all.
