ghb used to be a huge problem in the bodybuilder scene too, helps u go to sleep after being reved up on synthetic hormones, dnp/clenbuterol, and other chemicals/supplements all day. Im sorry for your friends loss.

the only problem with people doing ghb is that too many idiots try drugs without knowing how to use them first

ghb is perfectly safe when done properly, and the feeling you get from taking it is that of pure ecstasy...but when you take too much you just fall asleep, and if you take way too much you can die...just like ANY drug

A guy I know thought It was vodka(moonshine) in a bottle and mixed him self a drink with It at a party. He is brain dead now, like a vegetable. I've never tried It and see no reason to.

If you consume only GHB in a safe environment then it is actually very safe as far as drugs go, although obviously all drugs have side effects. The problem is that you cannot drink any alcohol or consume any other drug that has a depressive effect on the body. People don't seem to realize that even 1 beer and a few doses of GHB can be life threatening and is definitely dangerous.
