[email protected] and they're usually able to assist and resolve issues. We also have live chat on the website, and you can always call our toll free support line.
When you contact me for support type issues I have to escalate them to another department to get the answers or resolution, as I don't work in the support department myself.
It adds an unnecessary step to contact me first when you can go directly to the support team for assistance.

The company is not for sale, everything was already settled when Octav made his retirement announcement.
