    Damn, I missed it.

    I was playing around with the new cameras when I heard Buddy out in the back barking. I noticed that he was looking up in the air while barking so I stepped out onto the patio to see what had got his attention.

    Just as I stepped under the ficus that shades the patio I heard something stir and looked up to see a squirrel flying through the air from my ficus to the neighbor's tree.

    I was pissed. That would have been one of the coolest pictures ever.

    I hate when that happens.

      I got a full wing spanned bat at night once on camera.... really good shot...

                      I had another a couple months ago when Buddy decided to jump over the rose garden instead of going around it.

                      It was a thing of beauty,but did not have my camera with . . . and no matter what, I have not been able to get him to do it on cue.
