What a friend of mine always does is when the automated system picks up and asks you if you would like to speak to someone in english or french. He always presses "French" because you will be transferred to some dude in Quebec who does understand english and can get the job done for you without you wanting to kill yourself talking to some outsourced person from india or the phillipines. ;-)

Same here. I have a few hundred there and make all my clients use them because of the great service I have received in the past. If the reps are no longer in FL, I may need to do a preemptive move.
