always look at "we recive" to know what exactly u need to send. Cause the number shown in "You send" inlcudes estimated network fees and it leads in confusion for me.

Sendings come often in multiple parts. So wait until your order status is completed.

The exchange is a little bit fiddly (need to make a screenshot of the transaction in the wallet for example), but after you get into it it's fine. I tested them with small money and step by step I exchanged more.

As I mentioned the support is great and made me multiple times very fast and easy.
It's the only online service I know where u can exchange some bitcoin for paypal without kyc.
