I think its sad that it has become second nature for programs to offer 5 minute videos for free.... tease or not it is absurd and is perpetuating the downfall of the successful porn model.

correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it is legal if a legitimate user (not connected to the website) uploads that content, but if the webmaster uploads the content themselves or hires and directs someone to do that upload, then it is no longer legal... I'm not a lawyer though so my interpretation may be off, feel free to correct it (speaking here about unauthorized content of course)

Tube sites *may* be protected under the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act because they can be classified as an intermediary online service provider (a file host). As such, they *may* be shielded from the infringing behavior of their users who *may* be uploading the files in question.

However, there are some stipulations to this protection, such as proving they receive no direct financial benefit from the infringement and honoring take-down requests from the copyright holders.

Zuzana's tube site uses licensed and sponsor-provided content and so no infringement is taking place. Kudos to her

That's an absolutely ridiculous question. I'm a designer. Clients come to me to design a site. At no point does someone say 'hey, I want to design and illegal tube site....wanna help?" Absolutely not. What I give my client is an empty tube site, and what they fill it with is in no way under my control. I'm not a sponsor or content provider anyway, so how would I know if someone has content illegally even if I did go back and look at the live site?

It is not ridiculous and I am pretty sure I would remember if I did any work for one of the known tube sites. Was a fairly simple question really.

It is no different if I ask someone who has traffic trades, if they do any trading with what everyone calls an illegal tube.

well to honest i do not see the point of this debate. She did not make an illegal tube site she made a design the client used it on an illegal tube site. So she is not to blame for this.

You are never accountable for the stuff clients do. If you go to any court would lose just to the fact she has done nothing wrong.

There are lots of people that directly or indirectly support illegal tube site. It is that we can go over the list of people you guys did or do business with that are also involved with illegal tube sites. meaning you would be as guilty as the one you point out to be.

We all know that biggest in this industry make their hands dirty and yes it might be wrong in a way, but so i see all those other big guys not complaining it are just small fish that keep nagging about this topic. If you are really hurt this hard for tubes then do what every one else is doing. Join them and make money in the process.

Looks at videoz i don't here them nagging. no, because they just did what had to be done. Join the club and shut up.

If every one else could do this then that would be great You are all such wining pussies that it makes me sick. And i don't care how long you have been in this biz. I am going strong for like 9 years and in those nine years i have never seen such a batch of crying bitches on a bored.

Zuzana just do your thing and leave those low level twits run to their mommy's. Stop bitch and start working a little bit harder and you wouldn't have to talk shit so much in gfy.
