Can i get feedback on our new store?

Hey Everyone!
I am pleased to announce we have been working on a new site for our content store! Though we still have some things we are working on before we are done, not to mention its going to take us time to add all our old content as well as the new content we are working on producing and brokering for others. I would like to ask you all for some feedback on what you see so far. You can get to the site here https://trainwreckcontent.com/.
Does the site load quickly for you?
Are the search feature useful?
I know some of the watermarks are over powering and we plan to make them all look like this once we are done:

Do you all think this is better? Would these water marks discourage you from shopping in our store?

watermarks are a little big and sometimes hide some important parts of the content, for example if you check this pic https://trainwreckcontent.com/wp-con...429-WA0017.jpg ,the girl eyes, cheeks and lips are totally hidden by the watermark, I think no one will be interested on this picture since he can not see the whole face clearly. try to use small and transparent watermarks, or at least if you do not want to use transparent watermarks make sure the watermark does not hide any important part of the content (see the watermark used by shutterstock as an example) .

fix that header. you have a transparent header/nav and you can see the page content below it. take away the header transparency and add a top margin to your pages. that chick will probably have to move down the page.

This is better than the first but it is still not perfect, the "Sample pic unlicensed copy" watermark is ideal, there is no problem with it, but "TRAIN WRECK content" watermark is a little big, try to decrease its size or make it more transparent.

Yeah, Ive kept my mouth shut so far, but I have to say I really dont get it.

Correct

Plus you can do many things better.

First, put the content in a members area so people have to join to see the content, and put a right click disabled option on to make it harder to save files (you can get a wp plugin free to do this).

Next, you can just put a banner on the bottom.

Also have a lower grade vid (say 720).

Place the vid in a box, on the vid like a window thing as you see on online meetings.

Or even just post screen shots of the vid, rather than the vid itself.

It makes me giggle when the person starting this thread posts as if it is a big team of programmers working on some complex site, when all it is, is a wordpress site with a naff theme.

But...

Do i honestly need to advice someone that if you plan on selling content, that covering the models face so you cannot see what she looks like with text is a bad idea.

Rule #1 of business: make it as much of a ballache as possible for people to give you their hard earned money.

Allow people to quickly and easily see the product you're selling? Hell no. Make them log in to a 'members area' first. And you know how everyone just loves websites that fuck with basic browser functionality? Do that.

I believe NORAD uses Disable Right Click on all its most secure nuclear facilities.

What's so complicated?

1. Have 1-3% of images and video at maximum res with NO WATERMARKS AT ALL to let potential buyers see EXACTLY the quality they will get, and use thumbnails to illustrate the rest of the scene.

2. There is no 2, because it's that fucking simple.

We are on the brink of an AI revolution - Its not there... YET... But within probably less than a few years... It will be.

People will be able to think of whatever they fancy at the time, ie 'Blond milf in red dress stuck in washing machine in laundry room being fucked by stepson'

& Bingo - There are a series of coherent, real life indistinguishable images depicting exactly that. Same woman in each, same laundry room down to all the details, all pics 'taken' from different angles...

it was outdated years ago, when tubes came along and the small sites often on a AVG system stopped making sales.

Back then people wanted cheap sets to put on a site to get sales.

Most sites want i suspect exclusive.

I have seen several content stores closing as people cannot makes the sales, and the content they sold was often great.

The truth is that often it is not much more to simply shoot the content yourself. in fact sometimes it is cheaper.

trainwreckcontent.com in fairness seems to selling amateur content at a low price. And for someone setting up, this may be a simpler option. Personally i would offer package deals.

However these days I think the market would be to do exclusive to order or on a limited sale basis. Possibly something very high quality. Shot on very pro cameras with pro lighting and a team of people.

However if you are going to have the ability to make content, then the question is why not just make your own pay site and get money that way.

Selling content has often made me think that if the people selling it do not have the confidence to make a profit for a site, then why would I buy it.

I have bought content, but the problem is you find tube sites and other free sites also have. So unless you just want to give it away free, it makes buying for a pay site pointless.

thanks you made some good points. The only reason we dont want to do a members area is the site is for webmasters and you'd be surpised how many of them dont want to sign up to view samples oh and about being a major or complex site. I never implied that the new site is still way better than what we have been using for the last 10 + years

ive done decent selling content for many years and still make sales for both exclusive and non exclusive content. Yes most people want cheap content these days but there are still a few big players out there buying.

as far as making money myself off the content. This is something we are also starting to do and looking at all the options we have to monetize our content. thank you as well for taking the time to share your feedback and thoughts.
