To avoid '48 hours propagation' stuff, and if you don't want your ISP knowing every porn site you visit, use a non-ISP DNS server like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google (8.8.8.8), Quad9 (9.9.9.9), etc. Whichever one you prefer to know which porn sites you visit.

The actual DNS server1.host etc are rejected by namecheap.
Spent a day with support with unclear answers, already had issues in the past; decided I had enough and dropped them.
Turns out dreamhost provides SSL for each site hosted, so one less hassle.
