I killed Diaz and am now trying to get in good with the biker gang. Thing is, I'm friggin' stuck on the mission labeled "Messing with the man." I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I have 2 minutes to cause mayhem but I can't get that stupid chaos meter up nearly as much as I need to in 2 minutes. Christ... hook a brotha up and give me a hint.

Fucking coolest game I have ever seen -- I got it friday when it was released here and have been playing it a lot since then. In the beginning I was just cruising around and listening to the briliant soundtrack and getting to know the city.
Now I have started doing missions, but have been stuck at the Pnomh Penh '86 for a little while (where you control the gun on the chopper)... fucking PS2 control pad is impossible to aim with!
