funny thing about quotes is that if someone were to not post all of the quoted statement it could come out with a completly diffrent meaning then the original statement such as
if someone said "why would I sell content to minors" leaving out the "why would" in the quote could completly change the meaning
I dont know what was actually said but given that there was not a url to go with the quote then I doubt it is very valid or at the very least it was used out of context
